Training and Certification Senior Analyst

Job Requirement

 Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services, with a focus on training, education, or certification programs.
• Strong understanding of securities markets, trading operations, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
• Proven track record of developing and delivering effective training programs, with proficiency in instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and learning management systems (LMS); experience with e-learning authoring tools is a plus.
• Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and continuous learning.
• Worked with an international professional body (would be a bonus)
