Job Requirement

Minimum Requirements (Academic, work experience and related) and Responsibilities

• Level VI/ Diploma in Agriculture, Crop production, Vegetable production or other related field from recognized institutes (minimum of 5 years of direct related working experience    out of these 3 years’ experience on NGO setup
• Practical on field experience is mandatory
• Knowledge of Computer management and application, data encoding packages (SPSS, SMART)
•  Knowledge of project cycle management and report writing skill.
• knowledge of Sidama Language is a plus

Duration: 5 years

Place of work: Hawasa with frequent field traveling to adjacent woredas, kebeles and locations assigned

• Pervious ADRA employee applicant MUST have a clean personal file (Please attached copy of clearance and recommendation) as well as the performance result should not be less than 90%.
• Clean clearance and recommendation from prior employer is a requirement, if the applicant qualified and when ONLY issued letter of job offer.

• Applicants must meet the minimum requirements, pass the assessment test, and qualify for the interview and other recruitment processes as per ADRA’s policy.
