Manager, Planning and Business Development

Job Requirement

• Qualification:BA degree in Economics/ Management /Marketing or in other related field of study from a recognized University
• Experience:A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience; 2 of which in supervisory positions
• Insurance business experience preferable

The following additional qualities & abilities required

• Participates in customers’ sessions to disseminate the company’s policies and procedures and collects feed backs on the company’s service delivery;
• Collects and compiles appropriate market data to monitor the competitiveness of the company and its market share;
• Follows up the customer service delivery system and prepares monthly reports based on data collected from suggestion boxes and other customer feed backs;
• Assists in conducting periodic external and internal marketing assessments;
• Assists in organizing periodic discussion forums for customers and employees to improve services delivery
