Job Summary

Successful applicants will be involved in the management and entering of radio advertisements traffic. As a full-time employee, candidates are expected to function in a robust and dynamic environment. If you are an applicant, who is passionate about media – you would be a perfect fit.

The candidate should have very good computer skills, such as a familiarity with Microsoft Office programs, especially MS Excel, and typing skills. Applicants should have the ability to work quickly and efficiently and should be comfortable with data entry and file management, as these skills are fundamental to the job. In addition, successful candidates should be highly organized and good at time management. You should also be attentive to detail and be able to self-audit your work.

This position will be part of the marketing department and will report to the Head of Marketing and Sales.

Job Requirement

Required skills

• Preparing and sorting advertisement data for computer entry;
• Reviewing advertisement data to make sure it is accurate before entering it in the system;
• Entering advertisement data from paper to an MS Excel spread sheet;
• Maintaining the advertisement data and ensuring all information is correctly recorded;
• Completing advertisement data backups;
• Filing and making paper copies;
• Checking your work for errors or duplicate entries;
• Reporting errors to management;
• Keeping records of advertisement data entry and database information;
• Working closely with content producers and partners on marketing and sales related issues;
