Job Requirement

Requirements:

• – Minimum 1 year of recent experience working in a commercial environment (hotel, restaurant, catering), or for a diplomatic service or equivalent.
• – Experience at planning, management and oversight of formal dinners for up to 30 guests and receptions for up to 100 guests, occasionally to several times per week.
• – Strong planning, organizational and prioritizing skills.
• – Initiative and sound judgement.
• – Ability to work closely and effectively within a small team is essential.
• – Attention to detail.
• – Ability to work flexible hours, including late into the evening and weekends.
• – Proven initiative for learning new menus and dishes.
• – Fluent in English.
