Job Summary

Duties and Responsibilities.

  • Having good computer knowledge, having knowledge of Microsoft office (word, excel)
  • Experience and knowledge of leading and managing a good office
  • Managing the overall office management and secretarial services of the organization
  • Perform various administrative tasks such as receiving and distributing memos, letters, forms, receiving and distributing incoming and outgoing messages.
  • Personnel service, employee record keeping and payroll preparation
  • Keeping and managing the organization’s files and documents properly
  • Carrying out office purchases
  • Compiling, proofreading, and revising drafts of documents and reports accurately and swiftly
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Brilliant written and verbal communication skills.
  • Manage travel and schedule
  • Handle information request
  • Prepare statistical report
  • Daily record keeping and filing of documents.
  • Greet and receive visitors
  • Control confidential and sensitive documents
  • Plan events and volunteer activities
  • Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly
  • Takes and transcribes dictation
  • Relay directives, instructions and assignment to top managers
  • Maintain hard copy and electronic filling system
  • Operate Office equipment, such as photocopy machine and scanner
  • Schedule meeting and arranging conference rooms
  • Provide efficient administration information and clerical support to departments or individuals
  • Ensuring efficient and effective administrative information and assistance.
  • Answering and screening telephone calls, and responding to emails, messages, and other correspondence.
  • And to perform other tasks provided by the organization

Job Requirement

Experience: 6 years and above (It is better working in Construction company experience is more preferable)

Qualification

  • Minimum Six and above years or more work experience in her profession
  • Graduated with Diploma or above in Office Administration and Secretarial Science , Computer science , It technology or related professional field

Gender: Female
