Job Requirement

• Qualification: MSC, MA, BSC, BA in HR Management, Management, Public Administration, Business Administration or related fields of study.
• Experience:
  • 9 years of experience in relevant position preferably in the banking industry of which 2 years as Principal HCM Officer or equivalent position.
  • Work experience at organization and methods, and organization design  areas is highly preferred.
