Job Requirement

• Education : Masters/BA Degree in Marketing, Marketing Management/ Business Management / Business Administration
• Experience:  5/7 relevant experience –  sales/marketing, customer service or public relations activities in service industry, preferably in Hotels, Airline or Travel Agency

• Leadership and Team Management: Strong leadership skills to inspire and manage a diverse marketing team.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.

• Digital Marketing Expertise: In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Creativity and Innovation: Ability to think creatively and come up with unique marketing ideas and campaigns.
• Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Understanding customer needs and behaviors to tailor marketing efforts effectively.
• Financial Acumen: Ability to manage budgets, forecast marketing expenses, and measure ROI.
• Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing market trends and technology
