Senior Cost & Budget Accountant

Job Requirement

• Education: Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in accounting and finance

Work experience:

• At least 6 years of experience, with 2 years specifically in the manufacturing industry / a minimum of 8 years of experience is required ; With in this 2 years specifically in the manufacturing industry
• A minimum of 3 years of experience is required on cost accountant.
• Proficiency in Peachtree is a must
• Knowledge of ERCA taxes, proclamation, rules, and Regulations.
• Develop and maintain standard costs
• Perform the monthly closing activities including preparation of manufacturing variances along with supporting analysis
• Proactive analysis of variances and communication of issues and opportunities to operations management
• Develop metrics and tracking system for major cost drivers – Participate in profitability analysis regarding quoting and costing – follow up and report performance of production line every day.
• Additionally, familiarity with IFRS training is preferred
