Job Requirement
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Project Manager, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in agricultural development, cooperative management, or a related area. Experience with youth-focused initiatives and gender equality programs is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
