Job Requirement

• Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably within the NGO sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of Ethiopian labor laws and HR best practices.
