Job Requirement

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resource management, with at least 2 years in a managerial
• Experience in the manufacturing sector is preferred

Required Skills/Abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal
• Strong leadership and negotiation
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• Knowledge of HR systems and
• Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities
