Secretary

Job Requirement

Role:Responsible for performing all the required administrative and secretarial activities needed to support the project  HR , Finance & Logistic  activities.

Qualifications

• Education: secretarial science & office management diploma;
• Experience: 4+ years’ experience in secretarial activities for managerial roles;
• Other: knowledge of software applications, administrative activities skills, verbal and written communication skills, English knowledge, Amharic & Oromifa languages knowledge desirable, proven experience and capability in agenda management, typing precision and speed.

Main Interface

• Other departments’ personnel’s
• External actors (travel agencies, hotels…)

Closely works with:Human resource, Finance and Technical units of the project

Direct Reports:General Manager

Primary Accountabilities:

• Support the manager in administrative activities
• Performing of secretarial activities
• Performing of office management activities
• Performing of guests reception
• Performing of minutes
• Performing of appointment scheduling

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Appointment scheduling accuracy   % of unexpected accidents successfully managed
• . Document typing speed/accuracy Proper documentation and good office-keeping

 Employment period & salary: Temporary  with the possibility of permanent employment based on performance
