Business Development Officer

Job Requirement

• EDUCATION/TRAINING: MA/MBA or BA in Economics, Marketing, Microfinance, Entrepreneurship, Marketing
• EXPERIENCE: 6/8 years related experience in the finance sector preferable in MFIs
• TECHNICAL AND OTHER SKILLS
  • Demonstrated leadership ability to inspire and empower others;
  • Proficiency in verbal and written English, proposal development, strategic and operational planning, and report writing;
  • Good interpersonal communication skill and ability to effectively liaise with members and other stakeholders;
  • Literacy in basic information and communication technology tools;
  •   Proficiency in standard office software package.
