Finance and Administration Assistant

Job Requirement

Required Qualifications

• University degree in management, accounting, accounting and finance or related fields from recognized institutes

Professional experience and skills

• At least 3 years working experience after graduation in related fields, preferably with an NGO environment
• Proven excellent skills in Quick book accounting software
• Knowledge in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
• Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) in English and Amharic
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Knowledge and experience in IPSAS will be plus
• Knowledge and experience in event management, e.g. workshops
• High level of professionalism, integrity and reliability
• Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team

Availability: As soon as possible;

Location:Bonga, SWEPR Regional Office, Kafa Zone, Ethiopia

with frequent travel to project woredas and kebeles

Salary and Benefits:Attractive (NABU Ethiopia salary scale)

Duration:ASAP to 31.12.2024 (extension of contract will be up on available of funds)

Duty Station: The positions are based in Bonga town with frequent travel to project woredas and kebeles in Kafa zone and other zones in SWEPR as needed.

Advantage: Knowledge of the project area including local language (Kafinonon)
