Principal Trainer

Job Requirement

• Qualification: MBA/MA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management or related Fields with 8 years’ Bank Experience of which at least 3 years is on managerial/leadership position.
• Experience as a trainer is mandatory, and evidence showing that the applicant served as a trainer must be attached.
• Experience of serving as a trainer on areas such as Customer Accounts Operations, Loan Processing/Credit Management, Customer Relationship Management, Interest Free Banking, Core Banking System Operations, digital banking operations, Trade Services, Operational Compliance and related areas are advantageous.

Terms of Employment: Permanent after probation period.

Salary: Competitive salary and benefits per the scale of the bank

Job Grade: XIV

Work Place: Head Office
