Senior Contract Engineer & Office Engineering section Head

Job Requirement

Educational Background: MSc. or BSc. in Civil Engineering or related

General experience:7/9 year & above

Similar experience:

4 years in Senior Contract Engineer or Senior Claim Expert or related

Contract Engineer Responsibilities:

• Experience in Handling Extension of Time Claims for projects.
• Experience in Handling Financial claims for projects.
• Resolving disputes in a timely manner with negotiations & Contractual manner
• Analyze potential risks involved with specific contract terms.
• Tender preparation
• Bid document preparation for Work contract
• Prepare and handle contractual correspondences & follow-up contractual issues

Office Engineering head or related Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of construction supervision & design projects, including scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and safety compliance.
• Manage a team of engineers, Resident Engineers, and Design Teams to ensure the successful completion of projects.
• Quantity Estimation
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
• Tender preparation
