Job Requirement

• Qualification: MA/BA Degree in Accounting /Management/Economics or related field
• Work Experience: 7/9 Years of relevant experience; 3 of which in managerial Level in Micro-Finance or Financial Institution, preferably in operation area
• Skills Required:
  • Expertise in assessing creditworthiness and managing credit risk in microfinance lending portfolios
  • Knowledge of loan underwriting processes and criteria within a microfinance context
  • Experience in collections strategies and managing delinquency rates effectively
  • Capacity to mentor and develop credit team members to enhance performance and productivity

Place of work : Addis Ababa HO
