Job Requirement

• Qualification: MA/BA Degree in Accounting /Management/Economics or related field
• Work Experience:8/10 Years of relevant experience; 4 of which in managerial position at Micro-Finance or Financial Institution
• Skills Required:
  • Expertise in developing long-term growth strategies and business models
  • Extensive knowledge of Micro Finance operations
  • Ability to translate strategic goals into actionable plans
  • Extensive knowledge of Financial Industry management process and procedures
  • Proficiency in managing projects from initiation through to completion, including resource allocation and timeline management
  • Extensive knowledge of Micro Fiancé operations and  Financial Industry management practice and procedures
  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of risk assessment and mitigation strategies, particularly in the context of microfinance (e.g., credit risk, operational risk).
  • Familiarity with implementing and optimizing technology solutions to improve service delivery and operational effectiveness
