Job Requirement

• Qualification
  • BA/BSc/MA/MBA/MSc/PhD degree in Economics/Management/Accounting/Business Administration or related field of study.
  • – Minimum of 15 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in the coffee, sesame, pulse and other oil seeds export, textile or related factory experience, and real estate development management.
  • – Proven track record of successfully managing and growing complex businesses.
  • – Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • – Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
  • – Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
  • – Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working in a fast-paced environment.
