Job Requirement

• Qualification
  • – BSc/MSc in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • – Minimum of 15 years of experience as a Project Manager in the well-known real estate industry.
  • – Extensive knowledge of construction processes from initial design to project completion.
  • – Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • – Excellent budgeting and financial management skills.
  • – Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • – Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
