Job Requirement

Qualifications:

• MBA/MA in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree in the mentioned fields with a minimum of 10 years of work experience, including 4 years in a responsible position.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical abilities to identify market trends and customer needs.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies within the agricultural or manufacturing sectors.
• A strong work ethic and commitment to achieving sales targets

Salary:   ETB 34,071.00
