Job Requirement

Requirements:

• MA in holistic child development, social work, community development or related field
• At least 2 years’ experience in social work or related field, 1 year in supervisory position
• An strong understanding of psycho-emotional trauma and its effect on the victim and those around him/her
• Must be a person with effective communication skills, integrity, ethics and morality
• Very good spoken and written English language skills and Computer skills
• Good planning and executive skills
• Proven experience in project proposal developing
• Excellent interpersonal and team working skills
• Strong understanding of children’s behavior and the effect of their life context on their behavior
