IT Specialist

Job Requirement

• Education and Qualifications

1. • Master of Science in Computer Engineering/Information Technology.
   • Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering/Information Technology.
   • Professional certifications in IT (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) are preferred.

• Additional Skills Required

1. • Strong technical skills in network management, system administration, and IT security.
   • Proven ability to manage IT infrastructure setup and maintenance.
   • Proficiency in IT management software, HMIS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
   • Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical abilities.
   • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in training and supporting users.

• Relevant Work Experience

1. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or a similar role, with a focus on healthcare or related sectors for Master degree holder
   • Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT management or a similar role, with a focus on healthcare or related sectors for Bachelor degree holder.
   • Experience in organizing and setting up IT infrastructure for new facilities is highly desirable.
   • Demonstrated experience in managing HMIS, data analysis projects, and ensuring system reliability and security.
   • Experience working in resource-limited or international settings is advantageous.
