Outsourcing Operations Supervisor

Job Requirement

• Experience and educational requirement:
  • Second Degree or First Degree in Business Management/ Accounting/ Economics/Police Science or other relevant fields of study with 4/5 years of experience.
• Required Competencies:
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in the outsourcing service industry
  • Strong leadership, Strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the outsourcing industry
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws

Place of Work: Head office of the company located in Addis Ababa and Sebeta
