Job Requirement

Requirements

• BA or MA degree in community development, social work, sociology, anthropology, gender, or other social science fields.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience with MA or 5 years of experience with BA.
• Proven experience on Participatory community development/ community empowerment and multi sectoral grassroots integrated development work,
• Solid understanding and proven knowledge and skills in community development, gender, human rights, women’s rights, livelihoods and climate justice, feminist economy, and good governance.
• Proven experience of social justice and human rights advocacy.
• Adherence to AAE’s Safety and Safeguarding policies
• Have full working knowledge of English and local languages
