Hospitality and Customer Care Supervisor

Job Requirement

•  Qualification:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with one to two years of experience in the hospitality industry or in a customer service position at a restaurant.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing customer issues.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with feedback management systems and customer service tools.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
