Job Requirement

Skills and experience required:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher of Engineering majored in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering
• Strong background in Operation Management, Production, Technical Operation Improvement or other related fields
• Minimum 3 years in Multinational Manufacturing, Plant Management, Operation and Production Improvement and at least 2 years managerial level and strong experience in overall manufacturing operation in Automotive manufacturing Industry
• Solid experience in organization management, leading and coaching skills
• Knowledge and understand the vehicle assembly process, continuous improvement program and logistics & warehouse management
• Strong Leadership in Manufacturing with Good Knowledge of manufacturing system standards.
• Good command in English and strong interpersonal, management and communication skills

Experience: –

• 7 years and above from which at least 4 years in related position preferably manufacturing company

Location:

• Addis Ababa, Ethiopia with frequent travel both domestic and international
